General information
Quality
While we aim to ship the highest quality products possible, please bear in mind that all products are hand made and/or hand assembled, so some minor imperfections may be visible. We like to think of them as signs that a real human made the product for you, instead of it rolling off an automated assembly line.
Shipping
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. That's where we make everything, and we don't really want to get involved in international tax regimes and all the other bureaucracy that comes with shipping elsewhere.
Within the UK, all products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. There is no additional cost for shipping – it's factored into the price you see.
Dispatch times
We generally make products to order, which might take a day or two depending on the product and quantities involved. We aim to dispatch all orders within four working days of receiving them, but hope to beat this significantly in most cases!
Customisation
As products are made to order, we can easily customise them to your requirements. This could be changing the colour of certain elements, changing the artwork, or adding a custom name or message. Drop an e-mail to hello@ionian.design before placing an order and we can discuss options.
Returns and refunds
If you're not happy with the product, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do to help. If you do wish to return the product then we'll happily issue a refund, we just ask you to cover the return postage cost.
Due to their nature, we can't refund customised products, but we'll work with you to solve any issues.
